  Great food, lots of flavor. However, the last 2 times I went there, I found hair in the cilantro lime sauce. BIG turn off. I would suggest your people wear hair nets or enforce the use of them.

  The food was actually pretty good but nothing else about the experience was good. The guy taking our order was rude - "I know this is unprofessional but if you guys are going to take awhile, it looks like it's going to rain so I'm going to take the garbage out while you guys look over the menu." Then when he came back in, he asked (in a rude tone) "Do you want anything else?" after we ordered one sandwich for a family of five. Rude and apparently not very bright. The place was dirty including the sauce station that others have commented on. I think the main problem was actually the manager Dan. He was loud, impatient and unkind towards his employees which seemed to seep into their interactions with each other and the customers. No one working there treated people with basic kindness, instead acting like they just wanted to put in their time and get out of there quickly. While we were eating, 3 employees were complaining about other customers within ear shot. So unprofessional. When we were almost finished eating, the same guy that took our order said to us "Are you guys going to be leaving soon?" Unfortunately, there are no good examples for this guy to look to in order to teach him basic customer service. This place is the polar opposite of Chick-fil-A in terms of customer service. The chicken was decent but not as good as Chick-fil-A so Pollo Tropical really doesn't have much going for it.

  Great grilled chicken, good sauces with a nice bite. Love that chicken! Oh, and it's grilled not fried, so much healthier.

  Terrible place to work for. Wouldn't have been so bad if they had a better GM. Not 1 person working there ever said anything positive about the GM which that should speak for itself. I asked for these non slip things that go on your shoes and went to the office right after to get a band aid and the GM Chrissy yells at me saying shes asked me to leave the office 5 times.. When in reality she didn't say it once. Definitely confused the hell out of me so I said I don't know what's going on right now and she tells me to leave?? Very confusing lol I assume she had something against me for no reason I have no clue. Truthfully they would be way better off with the manager Dan as the GM definitely a great guy.

  I passed this store quite frequently when I'm at work and decided to give it a try. Upon placing the order I had which were grilled chicken skewers with the spicy barbecue sauce on it, I requested it to have the order to eat inside the store. The 1st mistake that they made was that they prepped the order to go. The next mistake that they made was the side that I had ordered did not have the bacon on it. I will say that the manager was helpful and trying to correct the order immediately. But the ultimate reason why I chose to rate this place 3 stars was the attention to cleanliness could have been better. It's sauce station where you can get your own different sauces for your food was definitely and a messy state and the drink station look like drinks have been spilled from various different customers filling their drinks. Lastly I took notice of straw wrappers and other light trash that was under the table where I ate.
